The Scanpan Classic Fry Pan has a giant cooking surface area that’s far too massive for 3-egg omelets. We couldn’t make a good layer of eggs right before folding, and that resulted inside of a lumpy omelet. The pan’s straight sides yielded half-flipped hash browns.
